Prior to stripping anodize, grille assys are disassembled, all steel brackets removed, parts are scribed with name and job number, then Stripped of paint...	Stripping Anodize in an aluminum etch bath NOTE: platers caustic soda baths work, BUT actually contribute to surface issues. So do oven cleaners and lye!
